PREAMBLE
Manager / Dy Manager -HR Operations will support and execute initiatives and activities in managing and administration of the human resources Department. The incumbent assists and leads human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, goal attainment, and ongoing employee development. The incumbent, under the limited supervision of Head HR, has the ongoing accountability to develop best in class people practices for continuous improvement and development.

Key Performance Indicators – KPI
Budget Estimation & Manpower Planning:
- Prepare Manpower plan in alignment with the Business Plan in co-ordination with the GM Operations, UAE.
- Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Devise effective recruitment strategy
- Align with HRBP / Operations for Employer Branding
- Spearheading full recruitment life cycle, including volume and leadership hiring
- Campus outreach programs as part of talent acquisition strategy
- Induction, Orientation, Onboarding and Life Cycle
- Technology optimization for Hiring
- Containing attrition through proactive check points
- Business HR Operations:
- Creating Visibility of Company Vision & Mission and educate Employees -Town Hall
- Visibility creation of HR Vision, Mission & Core Values for EVP
- Implement HR Policy, Process & Procedures Manuals, Handbooks/SOPs
- Manage Visa Processing and Documentations
- Implement ethical HR practices – Walk the Talk
- Ensure policies are consistently applied across the organization
- Provide training to line managers on HR Policies and Best Practices
- Talent Management and Resource Optimization
- Containing attrition through proactive check points
- Ensure to support Payroll team in timely payroll processing
- Manage Employee Full Life Cycle
- Benchmark C&B and oversee salary & wage administration
- Employee Benefits and Welfare Management
- Green Sustainability practices
- Ensure Statutory Compliances
- Statutory Compliances & liasoning:
- Ensure all statutory compliances as required under the laws of UAE are complied with on a regular basis and maintain the compliance reckoner as applicable.
- Appearing before Statutory authorities when required in consultation with GM Operations.
- Timely renewal of all licenses as required under provisions of various laws as applicable to ensure total compliances at any given point of time
- Continuous Liasoning and Build good relationship with the govt. officials under various statutes
- Maintain the proper record keeping of all the licences and other documents.
- Performance Management
- Ensure every role and individual has a clearly defined JD, with a copy with the employee
- Enabler to set KRA’s/KPI’s and aligning individual goals with organizational goals
- Support in implementing PMS and integration of C&B, R&R to Life Cycle
- Provide guidance to managers on performance related issues including goal setting, feedback and development plans
- Support in implementing free & fair method of performance appraisal
- Identifying HiPo’s and implementing fast track specified programs
- Developing competent second line through mentoring and coaching programs
- Designing career tracks and implementing mobility within and across career
Employee Engagement Initiatives & ER:
- Creating a culture that fosters employee engagement
- Conceptualize COE and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Create Engaged employees for High power deliverables
- Maintaining healthy employee relations and Environment management
- Create Employee Communication Cell and dissemination practices
- Capability Building:
- Co-ordinate Training and Development activities in consultation with GM Operations.
- Grievance Management:
- Serve as the point of contact for employees to address grievances and concerns in a timely and confidential manner
- Investigate employee complaints and disputes, working to resolve issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Partner with legal and compliance team as needed to mitigate risk and ensure a fair resolution process.
- Data Analysis and MIS Reporting
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to analyze HR data and prepare accurate monthly reports
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Such other activities as may be assigned from time to time
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of the latest HR Practices in the market
- Speaking Knowledge of Arabic Language will be a big plus
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling compliance requirements
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Visa Processing procedures
- Excellent Employee focus, Effective communication, interpersonal, managerial and negotiation skills.
- Superior organizational ability, with expert knowledge and experience to assume leadership position.
- Basic computer knowledge with understanding of technology to guide implementation.
- Knowledge of statutory framework.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- B.A / PGDM / Graduation Degree in any Discipline
- 10- 14 years hands on experience in Service industry with 5 years in independent role
- Previous exposure and experience in Automobile sector is desirable
